The Firm was established on 8th February, 1973 in the name of M/s. Laxminiwas & Co., by Shri Laxminiwas Sharma founder of the firm. The firm changed the name to M/s. Lakshminiwas & Jain when Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain joined the firm as Partner in 1976. The firms history can be traced back from more than Three decade gathering experience in the areas of Auditing; Taxation; Corporate & Personal Services; Business & Management Consulting Services; Due diligence; Valuations; Inspections; Investigations, etc. which includes exposure accumulated from Public and Private Sector Companies, Partnership firms, Proprietory Concerns, Charitable and Non Profit Organisations (NGOs). Time to time partners have joined and strengthened the firm's expectations from its clients. At present there are Seven experienced partners serving Three Branch Offices located at Chennai (Tamilnadu) Solapur (Maharashtra) Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) in addition to its Head Office at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).
