Mr.Sukhdeo Narayan- Taxation Matters

Mr.Sukhdeo Narayan was R+5Income Tax (Revenue) joined Lakshmi niwas & Jain after retirement in 1948. Worked in Direct Taxes Department in various Position as Inspector, Accessing officer and Technical officer Department, he representated before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal . He has more than three decade of experience in Income Tax Department. His is Advisor on All Direct Tax Law matter in the Firm over two decades.

Mr. Ajaykishen – Corporate laws and Secretarial Matters

Mr. Ajaykishen completed his graduation in Science became Bachelor of Law in the year 1995.Qualified Company Secretary in 2002. Since then he is Associated with Lakshmi niwas & Jain looking formation of Companies, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance representing before Company Law Board and various other Statutory Bodies.

Mr. G.Ravi – Advocate

He is a Practicing Advocate, expert in Law relating to contracts, Civil, and Tax Laws , after his qualification he Associated with M/s. Laxminiwas & Jain  as an legal advisor.

The senior most and the founder partner of the firm who is the guiding force of the team of professionals with his varied experience of over more than three decades in the field of accounting, taxation and management consultancy.

He started the firm on 8 th of February 1973 in the name of Lakshmi niwas & Co. which in the year 1976 became a partnership firm Lakshminiwas & Jain.

He was the Member of the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1985 to 1995 and later served as a member of various committees of the Institute.

SHARADA G. PATIL

Fellow Member (FCA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1974. Associated with the firm in 1992 as a partner. Prior to joining the firm worked with professional firm of Chartered Accountants for more than 18 years. Handling Corporate and other taxation matters.

KISHORE K

A holder of Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Member of The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India since 1976. Started practice in 1976 at Chennai individually and joined as partner of Lakshminiwas & Jain in the year 1998, incharge of the Chennai Branch (Tamilnadu).

Associated with the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce and served on the committees and sub-committees of Taxation division in Chamber of Commerce and Regional Council of the ICAI.

SESHACHALAM G

Master of Science (M. Sc.) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant Member of the Institute and Joined M/s. Lakshminiwas & Jain in 1984 and opened office at Kurnool and managing the branch since then. Well experienced in Taxation, Drafting Conveyance and other Legal Matters.

RADHESHYAM N. BHATTAD

B.Com. Hon. Graduate and a Fellow Chartered Accountant Member of the Institute since 1986. After practicing independently became partner in the firm in 1989 and Managing Sholapur (Maharastra) Branch since then. Experienced in Taxation of Partnership and Individuals, Co-operative Audit and consultation in related areas.

B.RAMESH KUMAR

Joined M/s. Lakshminiwas & Jain as Manager in the year 1990 and inducted as partner in the year 1991. A Qualified Bachelor of Commerce and a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Experienced in Audit/Taxation/Consultation. Served on various Sub-Committees of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry and SIRC - Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Member A.P Tax Bar Association. A qualified Diploma Holder in Information System Audit (DISA) of ICAI.
